ROOFING

A Stronger Roof. A Better-Looking Home.

Your new roof should give you confidence for decades. At Ontiveros Contracting, we exclusively install Owens Corning® TruDefinition® Duration® shingles for our asphalt roofing projects, combining architectural style, dependable protection, and manufacturer warranty coverage for homeowners throughout the Fox Valley.

Built for Decades of Protection

A properly installed architectural shingle roof can typically provide about 25–30 years of service, with some lasting longer under favorable conditions. Weather exposure, ventilation, and routine maintenance all influence its lifespan.

We focus on the complete roofing system to help you get the most life and value from your investment—from the protective layers beneath your shingles to the ventilation that helps manage attic heat and moisture.

Quality You Can See. Strength Where It Matters.

  • Dimensional architectural shingles: Layered construction and rich color blends give your home depth, character, and lasting curb appeal.

  • SureNail® Technology: A reinforced woven-fabric fastening strip provides a strong nailing zone and helps resist nail pull-through.

  • Tru-Bond® sealant: Helps shingles bond together for dependable resistance to wind uplift.

  • Class 3 impact resistance: Tested impact performance for added durability.

  • Class A fire resistance: The highest roof-covering fire classification.

  • Algae-resistant protection: Helps resist the dark algae streaks that can detract from your roof’s appearance.

  • Coordinated system components: Underlayment, ice and water barriers, starter shingles, and hip and ridge caps work together with proper flashing and ventilation to help protect your home.

Manufacturer Warranty Protection

Owens Corning® Duration® shingles offer:

  • Limited lifetime coverage for qualifying manufacturing defects.

  • 10 years of initial non-prorated protection for covered manufacturing defects, including covered materials and associated labor.

  • A 15-year wind limited warranty up to 130 mph.

  • 25-year algae-resistance coverage when installed with qualifying Owens Corning® hip and ridge shingles.

  • Enhanced wind coverage up to 160 mph for systems meeting the manufacturer’s enhanced installation and component requirements.

Expected service life is an estimate, separate from warranty coverage. Manufacturer warranty terms, eligibility requirements, and exclusions apply.

Garage builds

Custom Garage Builds — Built for More

Your garage should fit the way you live. Whether you need a place to protect your vehicles, room for a workshop, a man cave, or space to entertain, Ontiveros Contracting can bring your vision to life—from design to the finished build.

We believe even a basic garage deserves thoughtful construction. That’s why our standard build includes 2×6 wall framing spaced 16 inches on center, going beyond conventional 2×4 framing and providing a deeper wall cavity for insulation. Want more room without expanding the footprint? We can incorporate a loft designed around your storage needs.

We handle the full project: tearing down your existing garage, coordinating concrete work, framing, roofing, siding, and electrical installation through a qualified, licensed electrician. You have one team coordinating the details and keeping your project moving.

From a straightforward garage to a customized space with room for your hobbies, tools, and weekend plans, we’ll help you explore the layout, finishes, and features that fit your property and budget.

Tell us what you have in mind. We’ve got you covered from design to build.

Why choose Ontiveros Contracting?

For us, serving the For Valley is personal. Our owner, Sal Ontiveros, was born and raised in Menasha. This is home, and the people we serve are our neighbors. We care deeply about the work we leave behind and the experience you have along the way.

That care starts before construction begins. Even the effort we put into our estimates reflects the attention to detail we strive to bring to your entire project. Clear scopes, thoughtful explanations, and thorough planning help you understand what you’re investing in and what to expect from us. Our ratings across review platforms reflect the quality and service we work hard to deliver, and we know that trust must be earned on every job.

Our commitment also extends to the local economy. We make a conscious effort to shop locally and work with local suppliers and businesses whenever possible, keeping more of the money we earn circulating within the community we call home.

We believe building a company worth hiring also means building a company worth working for. Construction can be a demanding industry, where unsafe conditions, financial uncertainty, and burnout too often become accepted as part of the job. We’re working to create something better: a workplace where safety, respect, learning, and life outside of work matter.

That includes striving to help our team develop financial literacy alongside their trade skills. We want to give each person tools, knowledge, and opportunities to pursue their own goals—whether that means growing with us for years to come or eventually following a different path. We would love to keep great people on our team, but their success matters beyond their time with our company.

When you choose Ontiveros Contracting, you’re supporting a local business working to do right by its clients, its people, and its community.

Quality builds for our clients, quality life for our team.

Attention to detail

Our dedication to detail sets us apart. We invest the time and resources needed to perfect every aspect of your project. While our full renovation services may be more expensive, it's because we prioritize unparalleled quality and precision.
